CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
As stated earlier our company’s objective primarily is to protect and promote original arts and craft forms, also to revive endangered traditional art forms. To provide authentic products to the consumers. To achieve this it is essential for us to help artisans retain their traditional methods of producing their work which are mostly handmade and few which may engage certain traditional machines at some stages involving laborious process.
Prathama Srsti a small company founded as a social enterprise with a likeminded team of four who multitask to fulfill the objectives of the company and to lend a helping hand to the coveted artisans. These factors limit us from having “No-questions asked-returns policy, unlike mega companies where the responsibility of the products are not theirs and is of vendors. Hence they stand to lose nothing.
Every product is handpicked by Prathama Srsti and judiciously scrutinized to check the quality before it is made available to our consumers. The products may have certain characteristic qualities based on the raw material or traditional technique used which may not be considered as defect while it goes through
internal quality check.
We have a No-Cancellation and No-Returns policy.
Hence it is important for a consumer to be very sure before purchasing a Prathama Srsti product.
Policy given below.
1. Once the order is placed cancellation requests will not be considered.
2. Products will not be replaced for any of the factors as stated in “few things to know about the product” section.
3. Currently we do not support any payments using cards or internet banking.
4. If the package is found to be tampered from outside, please refuse to accept the package and return the same to the courier/delivery boy. Also, intimate us immediately at psgitag@gmail.com, so that we can take it up with the logistics company and also take further actions.
